Deposits

It is required that you read these terms and conditions, in booking a mobile pet farm you agree to abide by Nore Valley Park’s terms and conditions.

• Nore Valley Park are not responsible for the supervision of any persons under the age of 18. It is the responsibility of the hosting body to provide suitable supervision and discipline at events.
• We will require a deposit of €100 to secure your booking, this is non-refundable, with the exception of us being unable to attend your event.
• Bookings cancelled prior to 24 hours can be done by phone call or email (with no cancellation fee).
• Bookings cancelled within 3 hours of start time must be cancelled by speaking with a staff member by phone on 056 772 7747 and will incur a cancellation fee of €170 (Basic package) or €270 (Premium package). Cancellation fees are in addition to the deposit paid.
• If we arrive on site and event is cancelled, the hosting body will still be liable to pay for the full event.
• Final payment can be made via cash, cheque, bank transfer or card payment.
• We do our best to arrive on site at the arranged time however we can not be held responsible for any delays out of our control such as traffic or breakdowns.
• In the event that any of the animals booked for the mobile farm visit are not fit or well for the visit we reserve the right to bring alternate animals.
• Nore Valley Park reserves the right to cancel any booking, at any time, for any reason and the customer will be entitled to a full refund of any monies paid.
• We always do our best to attend your event in all weather conditions, however we reserve the right to cancel if conditions are unsuitable.
• We reserve the right to refuse to enter a premises and carry out an event if it is clear to us that health and safety regulations are being breached. The hosting body will still be liable to pay for the full event.
• We reserve the right to leave any premises where staff or animals are being mistreated, disrespected or endangered. The hosting body will still be liable to pay for the full event.

Requirements for an event

• For all our visits it is important that we have access to and are close to our vans. We ideally need to be able to park next to our display area, this is essential for our premium package as the van is part of the display. It is vital that you inform us if we can not park next to the area as this will affect what equipment we bring.
• For our indoor farm events we will need to know how far the area is from the parking.
• Our vans can not be driven or parked on grass.

Precautionary Measures

• Wash and dry hands after contact with animals or animal feed and before eating and drinking.
• Avoid putting fingers in your mouth after contact with animals.
• Do not eat around farm animals.
• Keep fingers away from the animals mouths as they may bite.
• The animals should not be fed unless we give permission to do so.
• Do not climb or lean on the pens.
• Pregnant women should avoid contact with sheep and lambs.
• Dogs (or any other animals) outside of our display can not be within 20 meters of our set up.
