Where is the Santa Experience located?
Our Santa Experience will be taking place in MacDonagh Junction Shopping Centre, Kilkenny beside Lifestyle Sports.
Is pre-booking necessary?
Yes pre-booking is essential. The event is for online bookings only.
Is it suitable for buggies?
Yes Santa’s grotto is suitable for buggies.
Are there toilets and baby-changing facilities?
Toilets and baby-changing facilities are available inside MacDonagh Junction Shopping Centre.
When can you visit Santa?
The Santa experience is open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout December 2023 at various times. Book Here
How much are tickets?
First child is €19, additional children are €17
What’s included in my ticket price?
Your ticket includes getting to meet and receive a gift from Santa. You will also receive a printed photo to take home as a memory.
Can we purchase additional photos?
Yes you can purchase additional photo’s on the day for €5 each.
Is there parking available?
Yes MacDonagh Junction Shopping Centre has an underground parking facility.

We accept both
Do you accept group bookings?
Yes we can accommodate group bookings. They need to be made directly with us via email christmas@norevalleypark.com
How do I book my tickets?
Nore Valley Park’s Santa Experience is an online-only booking system. Tickets can be purchased by credit or debit card from our website. Once your transaction is completed, a confirmation email containing your unique booking reference number will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive this email please check your spam/junk folders as it may reside there depending on your email provider. Book Here

Is the Santa Experience wheelchair accessible?
Yes the Santa experience is wheelchair accessible.
I can’t book more than 5 kids on the booking?
Bookings are capped at 6 people per booking to allow sufficient time visiting Santa. If you have more than 6 people for a visit please make two bookings, all family members can still visit Santa at the same time. During check-in please let us know you have two bookings.
